This is a slice of my doctoral dissertation from back in 2009, first written in 2007. Bliss is to have the technology now making it possible to share it in this Audio/Video format after all these years. I’ll further elaborate the effects of listening to one’s old writings read out loud in the times to come. For the time being let it suffice to say that this type of proactive retroactivity does indeed aid one in coming to a realization of one’s own self in its consistency over time, consequently opening one up to revision and update for the better.
